Yisroel Gluck

Yisroel Gluck is the owner and President of Joy Snacks LLC. Mr. Gluck graduated from Chicago’s Roosevelt University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Mr. Gluck has been a resident for the past 30 years in the Peterson Park neighborhood on Chicago’s far north side. He is a member of the Board of Directors and is a past President of the Bais Yaakov Hebrew Parochial School in Chicago. Mr. Gluck is a past President of Agudath Israel. He is a founder and a President of Bais Yaakov High School of Chicago.

Joseph Dana
CEO / VP SALES
Joseph Dana is the CEO of Joy Snacks. He graduated from Yeshiva University in 2001 with a B.A. in Business Administration. He is an experienced business owner and Business Development Manager with 20+ years of experience including sourcing, product development, production, licensing branding, and sales. A Strong sales professional skilled in account management, retail, business development, forecasting, and sales management. He currently resides in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and 5 kids.

Margarita Valdez
CONTROLLER
Margarita Valdes is responsible for all aspects of cash management and financial reporting for Joy Snacks LLC, including operations and financial analysis, budget preparations, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting support staff. Prior to joining Joy Snacks, Ms. Valdes was employed by Argent Healthcare for five years as Human Resources Assistant and Staff Accountant. Ms. Valdes received her Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Robert Morris College.

Accomplished food technologist with over 12 years of experience in food manufacturing, Quality Assurance and R&D. Strong research and development skills with demonstrated ability in food product development for a global market. Core competencies include New Food Product Development (Concept to Commercialization), Ideation, Prototyping, formulations, sensory evaluation, nutritional labeling, and implementing quality control measures. HACCP, PCQI, SQF & BRC Certified.
