At Joy Snacks we have a chocolate enrobing
and drizzling capabilities.
Enrobing is a process that involves covering a confection or snack with chocolate or chocolate coatings. Our Enrobing process can cover either the bottom of a product, the top of a product or both. We also have chocolate drizzling capabilities as well which can add nice value for your product.
We are experienced private label chocolate enrobing and chocolate drizzled manufacturers.
Our Nut Bar, bite, and cluster line
can push 600 LBS of product an hour. We have 3 different knife settings as well as control on how long you want your bar or cluster. Our machine is connected to 3 nut roasters each with 150LB capacity. Enrobing and drizzling is available.
Our new Molding Machine
allows us to custom make 5 different shapes and sizes for granola, rice crispy, cereal or nut products. The shapes include: bar, bite, balls, sticks, and discs. We can develop products from the idea, we are your best choice in granola suppliers, granola bar suppliers, granola balls suppliers and more!
Rice cake Puffing machines
We have two sizes available as of now- minis and Quarter size. Additional sizes will be added in the future.

Cookie (Dough) Dispenser
We have 4 large volume cookie dispensers that come in a range of sizes. We have 5 working walk in ovens where we can push product to fulfil your needs.
Cookies, donuts, bagels, we develop all kind of bakery products.
Protein Ball Making Machine
We have a power ball machine that can make power balls 1″ and 2″ in diameter. Great option for single serve at the counter!
Freezers
We have two walk in freezers 20×20 as well as walk in refrigerators.
